Engineering Credits
A credit is a fixed unit of AI work. One credit is the same amount of work on Tuesday as it was on Monday, on every plan — so a quota is a quantity you can reason about, not a number you have to trust. Each plan includes a monthly quota; work draws it down at that fixed rate, and live usage is always visible in the console.
Seat pricing punishes you for including people. The reviewer who approves a deployment, the product manager who files the ticket, the on-call engineer who needs the context at 2am — all of them should be in the loop. So none of them cost extra. Everyone on your team can assign, review, and approve work on every plan.
Your employees pause new work until credits reset at the start of the next month, or until you move up a plan. Nothing is deleted, nothing in progress is lost, and your organizational memory is untouched. There is no surprise invoice at the end of the month.
Everything your AI employees learn about your systems, decisions, and incidents lives in your organizational memory — including on the Free plan. Move up, move down, or export it. It is meant to be enough to prove one real workflow, not a two-week countdown.

Bigger jobs draw down more of it: reading a ticket is a few credits, refactoring a service across several files is a few hundred.
Yes, in the console. Every task records the model it ran on, the tokens it read and wrote, and the memory it used, so any number on your bill traces back to the work that produced it. Routine steps run on fast, inexpensive models; only genuinely hard work is escalated. On Enterprise you can bring your own model and rate card.
No. Storing what your organization already knows never draws down credits — that would punish you for having history, which is the whole point of the product. Credits are consumed by memory work: the recall an employee performs while doing a task, and the links it writes back afterwards. How much you can hold is a plan limit rather than a charge — 2,000 entities on Free, 500,000 on Business, unlimited on Enterprise.
